TALK OF THE DAY: CJ did not have to get angry when warning Jubilee over attacks

It was necessary for the Supreme Court judges to provide their full ruling detailing why they annulled President Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory. However, it was not a good picture that two of the judges were not available when such an important decision was being made. We can understand the case of Justice Mohamed Ibrahim, who was in hospital days to the determination. However, it was wrong for Justice Smokin Wanjala to miss the judgement, having been part of the process.
