Former Kenyan Premier League champions Sofapaka registered their second win in a row after beating their hosts, Mathare United, 2-1 at Kenyatta Stadium yesterday.

It was the type of result coach Sam Ssimbwa needed just after Batoto Ba Mungu, who were reinstated to the league a few weeks ago, got Sh150 million three-year-sponsorship from betting firm Betika.
