County governments willing to negotiate, says Munya

County governments are still willing to negotiate with the doctors even as the officials serve their one-month jail term for contempt of court.

Council of Governors (CoG) Chairman Peter Munya also urged the jailed officials to purge the contempt by ending the strike.
