Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has pulled another first. Media reports indicate he has written to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) giving them permission to access his bank accounts and assets to establish if they were acquired legally.
The governor also asked the EACC to conduct a lifestyle audit for all Machakos Government staff to rule out any corruption tendencies.
