Agilitude East Africa will provide, through Salesforce - run entirely on the Cloud - a Customer Relationship Management solution that brings together customer information in a single integrated platform.
ICT Chief Executive Officer, Victor Kyalo, who was the chief guest during the launch, said cloud computing was now key in effective service delivery. "Citizens are customers of the Government and demand services. One area that has been successful in Kenya is the application of driving licences online", he said.
