Often, we never realise that the universe is so ordered that some events, seasons and things can never happen before others.
They only ever get to happen at the very time they are meant to. Science and nature have it that a particular system must be followed.
And unless it is, then there is no order.
Months back, when I got my week-old chicks, I would have done anything to save them, to grow them as fast as I could so as to keep them from dying from the terrible cold some succumbed to.
For a period of time, I had to ensure the lights were on, day and night. When I desired to have a meal of chicken, I found myself in the butchery because I had to wait for the tiny ones that I had to come of age.
The first day I saw an egg lying at the door of the chicken coop, I let out a happy shriek. It was so pleasant when I realised the birds were now matured.
It has been quite a journey, and I can finally enjoy my much loved eggs.
Talking of eggs, it takes about 20 hours for the process of formation of an egg in a hen to take place.
When the egg drops, it has to be covered under certain conditions for an embryo to develop. Certainly, maturity is a meticulous process.
Nothing just happens. Everything in life needs a process to be fully complete.
Of course, many people hate the process because it is not always comfortable.
A child comes into existence at conception. While he or she is in the womb, he cannot just decide to come out because he has to wait the nine months to be ready to live outside the mother’s womb.
The same case applies to matters of life.
Unless the time is right, no matter how hard or long one pushes at something, it will not materialise.
Sometimes one has to work on their character and persona before they can fit into a particular role or state of thinking.

When going through emotional and psychological turmoil, such as recovering from a death or loss, it is important that one realises that their disorder will have to undergo various stages before they can be healed.
If you force your way out of your shell or insist that you are alright, then you come out prematurely healed. You will go about your business for a while, and then something will happen to remind you that there is a stage you skipped.
Listen and look for help while acknowledging nature’s processes.
Do not jump the queue; allow the universe to guide you as it rightfully should.
