Knec sets conditions for release of results

People who sat their Kenya Certificate for Secondary Education (KCSE) exams between 2010 and 2013 and whose certificates have been withheld by the Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec) for failing to submit photographs have been asked to do so.

Monday, the national examinations body gave the affected candidates two months to submit photographs or miss out on their result slips. In a statement, Knec said they were unable to print the certificates because of the missing photos.
