Government should take stringent legal action against bogus contractors

Due to the mushrooming Real estate businesses in urban areas, bogus contractors have resulted to crooked means of "fetching" money from magnate landlords  by doing shoddy jobs.

  Storey buildings are not been granted the stipulated time they should due to thirsty tenants and egocentric owners who are in dire search of money. How can a storey building be booked before the construction even commences? I term this as crazy actually. Though not a contractor, i know that the duration of the construction of one floor should be approximately two months, but this is not the case.
