The Government Saturday issued a security alert warning that terrorist group Al Shabaab is planning to disrupt the Holy Month of Ramadhan by attacking innocent Kenyans.
Inspector General (IG) Joseph Boinnet said the attacks would in particular target key Government installations, security personnel, journalists who report negatively about the activities of the group, learning institutions, churches, markets and shopping malls.
