Senior police officer breaks into tears during grilling over fat bank account

Kenya: A senior police officer wept while responding to queries by the National Police Service Commission (NPSC) vetting team in Eldoret town yesterday.

Joshua Ongoro, who is a Director of Operations at Vigilance House, could not hold back tears as he explained to the panel about his past, especially on his wealth.
