Athletics Kenya now sets up panel to hear dispute with branches

Athletics Kenya (AK) has set up an in-house arbitration panel to forestall a legal hitch regarding the impending arbitration with rebel branches.

The six-person panel will hear the dispute which went to the High Court on December 18 when judge Joseph Sergon ordered applicant Abraham Mutai and his group to file their grievances within 30 days to the AK Arbitration Panel, a move which put on hold calls for a special general meeting.
