Throw away Kenyan cases, MPs now urge ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda

Legislators across the political divide have called on the International Criminal Court (ICC) to terminate criminal cases facing President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto for lack of evidence.

The parliamentarians, led by Senate Majority Leader Kindiki Kithure, said the principals should be given time to fulfill their constitutional mandate bestowed upon them by Kenyans.
