Kenya Wildlife Service expands orphanage

Kenya Wildlife Service has begun plans to fence off a section of the Nairobi National Park in a move that is aimed at accommodating an increasing number of orphaned animals and increase business from tourism.

The land to be encompassed will be about 15 acres of the park. Dutch children, through the Wildlife Fund, the Rockefeller Foundation and a number of Nairobi firms, funded the expansion.
