Eldoret, Kenya: Former powerful Cabinet Minister Nicholas Biwott's personal assistant William Chepkut has dispelled rumours circulating in the social media that his boss had passed on.
Chepkut termed the reports as "unfortunate, careless and meant to create unnecessary apprehension".
