Man dies in Trans Nzoia after bees invade home

A 49-year-old man died after he was attacked by bees at his home in Kwanza, Trans Nzoia County yesterday.

Titus Wanyonyi Okodoi was at his home with relatives when bees attacked the residence, forcing them to flee.

Justus Wamalwa, a neighbour, told the police that Okodoi was discovered unconscious on the roadside and rushed to a nearby clinic where he died.

Area OCPD Joseph Mboya confirmed the incident. The body was taken to the Kitale County morgue.
