MOMBASA: The High court in Malindi has dismissed a petition seeking to stop a Sh20 billion wind power project in Bahari ward in Mpeketoni, Lamu County.
Malindi Land and Environment Judge, Justice Oscar Angote stated Wednesday that the petitioner did not demonstrate a prima facie case with a likelihood of success since the project had undergone through all the desired processes prior to it being approved.
