Cabinet on constitution ammendment

The cabinet has set the wheels in motion for the first amendments to the constitution barely 14 months after its promulgation. Ministers approved the tabling in parliament of an improved version of the constitution amendment bill 2011 which will seek to change at least five articles of the constitution to move next year’s elections from august to december.
