VIDEO: Pastor Ng’ang’a hits back at the media

Neno Evangelism Centre founder Pastor James Ng’ang’a has once again warned the media against tarnishing his name.

In a video that did rounds on social media on Friday, the man of God accused the media of misreporting and warned of dire consequences.

He also highlighted allegations of fraud leveled against him saying they were baseless.

On Friday, reports indicate that he had been locked up for allegedly defrauding a businessman, claims he strongly denied.

“Nimerudi tena. Ningetaka kujua ni utamu gani mnaskia nyinyi watu wa media kutaja jina la Ng’ang’a.

“What do you want after Ng’ang’a? Basi nitawapatia hiyo Ng’ang’a kama mnaitaka. Mnadanganya wakenya niko jela…juzi mmesema nimeenda kujifungia msituni..niombee hiyo mambo ya ujinga ujinga mko nayo?

“Sasa mnadanganya wakenya Ng’ang’a ameiba millioni tano…chunga akili yako. Kama hutachunga I promise you the same again…In Jesus name I rebuke you,” he said.

(I am back again and I want to know why the media keeps mentioning my name. What do you want from me? You can take my name if you want. Recently you reported that I had gone to the wilderness to repent…now you are lying to Kenyans that I was arrested and locked up. Be careful.)

Further, the clergyman asked the government to intervene and investigate why his name is constantly mentioned in media circles.

Last week, Ng’ang’a was charged with threatening to kill Citizen TV journalist Linus Kaikai and was released on a Sh200,000 cash bail.
