UPDATE: Suicide note left behind by Chuka University student was blood-soaked

A suicide note left behind by a Chuka University student has left many shocked.

Kevin Mugendi Warui, 22, a second year Computer Science student took his life on April 4, 2018 over a woman she names on the note as Stella.

According to a suicide note he left behind, Mugendi had given his all to Stella but found out that she was ‘playing’ him.

“You were a friend, a person I could confide in and most important a lover. I trusted you (until I found you f***king with another man.) I gave you my heart, hell! I even gave you my life,” Warui’s note read.

The two ‘love’ birds had opened a joint bank account “You are my queen (or you were now that am f***king dead)… we even have a bank account (Congratulations it’s now all yours),” the note states.

The student also left a suicide note for his mother, thanking her for the care and being sorry that he had not been so good to her.

Meru South OCPD Saiya Baraza confirmed told Campus Vibe that Warui hanged himself from the roof with a rope and left behind six-paged blood-stained letter.

Our efforts to reach the University for comments were futile.

His father, Peter Warui, said: “He was showing strange behaviours while at home but I did not think that he would commit suicide,” Mzee Warui said. He added: “I did not know he was dating.”
