By now, we are all very much aware of the drama that came along with The Oscars. From Will Smith slapping comedian Chris Rock to Kim Kardashian being mocked about her now infamous quote ‘nobody wants to work’, The Oscars had a lot in store for its audience.

As all this was taking place, one celebrity was part of all this was, our very own Lupita Nyong’o. And guess what, this wasn’t the first time she was part of a historical moment at The Oscars.

While she served looks on the red carpet thanks to her gorgeous golden Prada gown, her reaction to Will Smith and Chris Rock’s altercation soon became a viral meme of the internet.

In the same year, the actress won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her role as Patsey in Steve McQueen’s drama 12 Years a Slave.
