Sultan Palace homes to be ready by December

Chinese developer Sultan Palace Development Limited has said the Sh5 billion high-end resort it is developing in Kikambala, Kilifi County will be ready by December this year.

Speaking during the handing over of four classrooms to Ngoloko Primary School in Kilifi South Constituency, general manager Liu Tiancai said they were doing everything they could to finish the project on schedule.

“We promised our clients to deliver the units by December; we are sure to finish it by that time,” he said. The project comprises luxury holiday homes and will include residential units on a 43-acre beachfront land, shopping centre and five-star hotel.
