Members of various county assemblies on Monday boycotted an address by Cabinet Secretary Salim Mvurya, demanding President William Ruto's presence at the 5th Legislative Summit 2025.
The summit, organised by the County Assemblies Forum, was set to begin in the morning, with lawmakers arriving at the venue by 8 a.m. in anticipation of the president's attendance.
