Evans Khamas 45 year old was on Tuesday arraigned in court for attempting to commit suicide. Khamasi was arrested on Tuesday for attempting to kill himself by taking poison.
He was charged with attempting suicide contrary to section 226 as read with section 36 of the penal code.
