Former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairperson Wafula Chebukati will be remembered as a man of integrity and honesty, his children said during his burial at his Sabata home in Kiminini, Trans Nzoia.

His sons, Emmanuel and Jonathan, fondly recalled playing golf as a family, a tradition their father had introduced.
