Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja has been summoned to appear in court on Thursday over a land dispute in Kiambu County.
Justice Erick Ogola, the presiding judge in the High Court’s Family Division, summoned Kanja after it emerged that police had failed to guard the property in question.
