Police are investigating claims that businessman Raj Devani assaulted a guard and misused his firearm. Devani allegedly threatened to shoot his guard Enock Okindo who works with Rada Security Limited and hit his private parts with the weapon.
According to Okindo, the incident took place on July 8 at around 3am at Shimmers Plaza in Westlands.
