Duale speaks for northern Kenya

NAIROBI: Aden Barre Duale, the Garissa Township MP, is probably the most outspoken Somali politician Kenyans have seen in recent times. He has been accused of many things including sycophancy and going to any length to defend the Jubilee government. He is loathed and loved in equal measure.

As the Leader of the Majority party in the National Assembly, Mr Duale ensures his party MPs toe the party line. That simply means ensuring discipline and order in Parliament.
