State revokes title deeds of 353,770 acres of land acquired irregularly in Lamu

Lamu, Kenya: Ownership of more than 350,000 acres of irregularly acquired land has been revoked in Lamu County.

Title deeds of land totalling 353,770 acres (143,227 hectares) were cancelled and the land returned to Lamu County for public use, Lands Cabinet Secretary Jacob Kaimenyi told PSCU last evening.
