Governor Nderitu Gachagua has accused local MPs of betraying President Uhuru Kenyatta and Nyeri voters by rejecting Monica Juma’s nomination as Secretary to the Cabinet.
“The MPs rejected Juma’s nomination on flimsy and petty grounds, claiming she is arrogant and does not accede to their personal demands,” Gachagua said.
