General Service Unit officers recover suspected stolen cars

General Service Unit (GSU) flying squad officers led by Nakuru Criminal Investigations Officer James Lelia over the weekend recovered three cars suspected to have been stolen.

The officers arrested two men suspected to be involved in the theft syndicate. During the crackdown, which started on Friday night, the officers also recovered several car spare parts and weapons including two machetes and a maasai rungu at a homestead that acted as a garage. Several vandalised car tracking systems, ignitions and locks were among the spare parts also recovered.
