4 killed, 46 injured in Kericho road accident

Four people died, and 46 others injured in Kericho bus accident.
Confirming the incident Kericho County Police Commander Rico Ngare said the evening accident occured along the Kipsitet-Muhoroni road.
Ngare said the vehicle was heading to Kericho general direction from Muhoroni.
"The driver lost control of the bus at the point of the accident, three female and one male lost their lives," said Ngare.
The driver of the bus reportedly escaped after the incident and police have launched a manhunt. He is said to have lost control over the vehicle which veered off the road rolling several times.

The bodies of the deceased were taken to Muhoroni hospital.
Ngare called on public service vehicle drivers to take precautions to avoid loss of life.
"The driver of the bus escaped and we are looking for him. We appeal to PSV drivers to take precautions and ensure safety of the passengers," he said.
