Two Kenyatta University students have sued the institution for locking them out of this year’s graduation. Ms Alice Njeri Ngiciri and Mr Edgar Nyabengi moved to the High Court in Nairobi seeking to have the university ordered to include their names in the December 9 graduation list. Alternatively, they want the graduation ceremony suspended until their case is heard and determined. Ngiciri, 22, claims the university administration pulled out her name from the list of graduants, saying her examination results had been tampered with.
