Enough of the socks, boxers and vests, buy him a Ford Bronco this Father's Day

It's Father’s Day, on this day, more than 80 percent of men will receive dilated messages on how they are great fathers. Those who are lucky will receive socks, boxers and vests as presents. Or cheap printed T-shirts. While such everyday utility stuff for men are normalized as gifts, it's pathetic if you look at it.

Well, men deserve gifts too. And I mean proper gifts. But women have been socialized to believe that men deserve less. Or that you need to love them less to get more from them. It's for this reason that women who gift men generously are seen as desperate. Or trying so hard to bribe a man into staying.
