The 2013 World 400m World Youth bronze medallist, Alex Sampao of Koibatek, was beaten by teammate Gilbert Kimoi during the Athletics Kenya (AK) Baringo County Athletics Championships.
Kimoi ran in 50.81 during the championships at Poror Secondary School at the weekend. Sampao timed 50.94 to finish ahead of Raymond Kibet who clocked 51.26.
