The 12 minutes call that sparked a mother's hope for son's return

It was the first time in a long while that she had heard her son’s voice and laughter.

The call came at 5:36pm on Tuesday, April 22, from a prison in Saudi Arabia, where her son, Stephen Bertrand Munyakho—known affectionately as Stevo by his family—has been incarcerated for over 14 years following a tragic incident that resulted in a loss of life.
