Kenya and Serbia have agreed to develop a memorandum of understanding and expedite exchange programs to foster talent development, talent scouting, and socio-economic growth in youth affairs, the creative economy, and sports.
According to the two nations, the agreements will see both countries benefit from leveraging on each other's strengths.
