The Nakuru County Government has lost its bid to reinstate a gazette notice revoking the War Memorial Hospital land lease.
This follows a ruling by the Court of Appeal, which dismissed the county's appeal against an earlier decision by the Environment and Land Court in Nyandarua that quashed the gazette notice cancelling the hospital's certificate of lease.
