Sonko has a case to answer in City Hall revenue tender saga

The Anti-Corruption Chief Magistrate Charles Ondieki has found that former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has a case to answer in 11 charges related to the Sh20 million corruption case involving a revenue tender at City Hall.

Magistrate Ondieki placed Sonko and his co-accused, businessman Antony Ombok Jamal, on their defense after finding that the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) had proven 11 charges of abuse of office, conflict of interest, money laundering, and acquisition of proceeds of crime against them.
