The Ethics
and Anti-Corruption Commission
(EACC) and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (OPDD) on Tuesday
April 7, donated Sh 2 billion to the National Treasury in a bid to help fight
the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in the country.
EACC made
the announcement through their official Twitter handle saying that the money
will be part of the COVID-19 emergency fund set up to fight the pandemic.
