The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has appealed a court order to present taped conversations between Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, his aides and a businessman charged with bribery.
Praful Kumar, a Nairobi trader, has been charged before Mombasa Chief Magistrate Eddna Nyaloti with trying to bribe Mr Sonko with Sh5 million in Malindi last year.
