Kenya National Union of Teachers Secretary General Wilson Sossion to remain KNUT boss after court declined to lift orders barring the National Executive Committee from meeting to oust him.
The Employment and Labour Relations Court Justice Hellen Wasilwa ruled that Sossion's ouster was against the law, saying the union's Secretary General, Sossion had written a letter postponing the meeting but the committee proceeded with the meeting.
