Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma has asked ODM to put in place measures to check the performance of governors elected on its ticket. Kaluma said some of the governors had demonstrated laxity in service delivery.
He cited Homa Bay Governor Cyprian Awiti whose performance he described as "shameful".
