Two people perished on Monday in a grisly road accident involving a lorry, car and a motorbike.
The accident occurred at Sironga on the Nyamira-Kericho highway.
The driver of the car is reported to have lost control and collided with the oncoming truck.
Nyamira county police boss Hassan Osman said the four died as a result of severe head injuries and excessive bleeding.
According to the police boss, the motorcycle rider who was behind the car also lost control hitting the car from behind.
The rider and the driver of the car died on the spot while two others were taken to Nyamira District Hospital .
The deceased’s bodies were moved to hospital’s mortuary as police launched investigation.
The car was being driven by a Nyamira County Assembly employee.
