The Sixth annual Devolution Conference kicked off in Kirinyaga County on Monday amid tight security.

The Conference that seeks to bring together Governors across the country was held at the Kirinyaga University.

The topics of discussion include trade and manufacturing and seek to promote value addition to products, whilst creating employment opportunities for the country’s working-age population, by 2022.

During the Devolution conference various Counties showcased their products and services in different stands.

From empty stands to cars worth Sh450, 000, bags of sand and cement to fish on tables, the exhibition was a sight to behold.
