Board puts film makers on notice

Kenya Film Classification and Licensing Board CEO Ezekiel Mutua. (File, Standard)

The Kenya Film and Classification Board (KFCB) has issued a warning against illegal filming in public places, saying it was a threat to national security.

The board say police will now arrest anyone found engaging in film-making in national parks, games reserves and beaches among others without KFCB licence to deter criminal activities such as terrorism.
