Concerns raised over rising cases of suicides in Kericho

Kericho doctors have expressed concern about the high number of suicide attempts in the county.

The county's director of medical services, Betty Langat (pictured), said 1,366 people had tried to kill themselves in the past three years. In 2016, 611 cases of suicide attempts and 16 deaths were reported.
