A footballer who recently ditched football for business is going through a rough patch.

The former Kenyan International is struggling with a drinking problem after closing his business.

His friends told Offside that the star drunk the business to its knees.

The ex-player now claims he is enjoying life devoid of stress that comes with rigorous training on the pitch.

He has become a common figure in estates, where he often samples hard drinks in bars accompanied by estate girls.

“He is still a young man, but sadly, he has become so careless lately. He is no doubt headed for an early grave,” a soccer fan told Offside.

The ex-player is however unmoved and has told friends to leave him alone and instead mind their own business.

He walked away from the game citing frustrations from coaches and poor pay.

Sources, however, told Offside that he was always in the coaches’ bad books because of indiscipline.
