Two young Kenyan international footballers have signed new contracts with English National League teams.

Jonah Ananias Ayunga who formerly played for Brighton and Hove Albion as a striker has signed for Sutton United on a two-year deal and is hoping to keep his career moving forward.

Sutton boss Doswell was pleased to capture the 21-year-old as he believes Jonah will certainly improve his side.

“We are really pleased with Jonah signing,” said Doswell.

“We were looking for another young forward who we could develop and improve and Jonah certainly fits the bill.’ He added.

Joshua Kipkemboi Lelan has signed with Aldershot Town from Crawley Town. The 23-year-old can play both at right-back and center-back.

Lelan made his debut for Harambee Stars during an international friendly against Uganda in Kampala in 2016.

He believes that joining Aldershot is a positive step in his career.

"A really positive step for me," said Lelan

"Promotion is the main aim for this Club. We don't talk about it much but I don't think we should be looking for anything else."
