Juma Matsanza, Howard Lukadilu, Oscar Onyango, Ayub Tuvaka, Arlington Shikuku, Jackline Nanjala and Reuben Cheruiyot were convicted last Thursday on four counts of wilful failure to comply with procurement laws, causing the county to incur excessive expenditure.
