Chess: Under 21 tourney set for Ruaraka

THE NATIONAL SCHOOL CHESS COMPETITION KICKS OFF AT KAIMOSI. The national school Chess competitions kicks off yesterday where over 900 students from the country attended in friends school Kaimosi girls. the Kenya academy of sports has contributed 600 chess boards for the event. the wines will meet in Mombasa in African championship in August. It is all systems go for this weekend's Under 21 Chess tournament at KCB Sports Club, Ruaraka.

 The two-day tournament will serve as a relief for the upcoming players who feel they have been left out in the recent past due to lack of tournaments with international time control.
